FIRST prize consists of:
Two (2) nights accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, Incline Village, NV , $200 food voucher, spa treatment for two (2) and $200.00 spending money. Retail value of first prize is approximately $1,500.00. *
SECOND prize is:
Forty (40) large pizzas at a cost per pizza not to exceed $25.00; limit three (3) pizzas per order per day, not to exceed 20 pizzas per month. Seven (7) second prize winners will be selected, one from each of our Red Boy Pizza locations (Fairfax location excluded due to remodeling).
THIRD prize consists of:
Dinner for 2. Cash value not to exceed $75.00. Seven (7) third prize winners will be selected, one from each of our Red Boy Pizza locations (Fairfax location excluded due to remodeling).
RULES:
1. No purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Red Boy Pizza, its parent company Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2009 and all qualifying entries must be received by Thursday, October 23, 2009 at 10:00 p.m. Sweepstakes drawing to be held on, October 24, 2009. Winners need not be present to win.
3. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Winners will be notified approximately two (2) weeks from drawing.
4. Decisions of the sweepstakes judges are final - no substitutions will be available. Odds of winning are subject to the number of valid entries received.
5. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the Internet and picture data storage) which Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation may deem appropriate.
6. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
7. Detailed sweepstakes rules applicable to this sweepstakes, including sweepstakes entry dates, how to enter, prize values, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation (www.RedBoyPizza.com) and at your local Red Boy Pizza restaurant.
8. Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete sweepstakes rules.
9. Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
10. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations.
11. Approximate value of prizes vary.
12. One entry, per eligible person, per household.
13. Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
* Hotel destination is at the discretion of Red Boy Pizza Franchise Corporation and participating hotel and is subject to availability. Travel expense are not included. Once confirmed, trip dates and accommodations cannot be changed by winner. Blackout dates apply. Sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible for changes due to circumstances beyond sponsors' and administrators' control. No extensions will be permitted and any unused accommodations will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated. Must be redeemed by May 31, 2010.
A 1099 MISC form will be completed and filed with the I.R.S. for each winner who has won a prize with a total value of $600 or more. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. *

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify sweepstakes and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the contest, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion.
