50TH ANNIVERSARY 1969-2019
It is our mission to source as many local ingredients as possible. Our sourdough in vegan, meaning no animal products. Coming from a mother dough dating back to 1928, it contains only flour, water, and yeast. It is naturally low in sugar and made with no preservatives.
*Gluten Free pizzas are prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. We do not recommend gluten free for
those with celiac disease.
